Now Open for Lunch – 4th and Vine

We are pleased to announce we are now open for lunch!

Every Tuesday to Friday, 11:30 – 2:00 pm is now lunch time at 4th and Vine Winebar and Bistro. Feast your eyes on our lunch menu below so you know what to order when you get here.

We are also starting a series of wine tastings each month.

The first wine tasting is Tuesday, March 6, 2012 from 7-9 pm.  It will feature Spanish wines hosted by Valerie at Crush Imports, and accompanied by delicious Spanish tapas.  Tickets to this event are $45 (including tax and gratuity) and can be purchased at the restaurant or by phone.

There are only 20 seats available, so call 4th and Vine at 780-497-7858 to ensure your spot.

TOMATO BOCCONCINI  -  $9

Sliced Roma tomatoes, Bocconcini cheese, sweet onion puree, balsamic vinegar, basil

SALMON TARTAR  -  $11

Atlantic salmon, sweet lemon aioli, mighty organic trio canola oil, black licorice, crispy salad

SMOKED CHICKEN PANINI – $11

Smoked chicken breast, with onion marmalade, spinach, horseradish aioli, Gruyere cheese

ITALIAN PANINI – $11

Salami, prosciutto, Parmesan cheese, sundried tomato, spicy olive tapenade

VEGGIE PANINI – $10

Mushrooms, spinach, brie, apricot jam

TOASTED LOTUS – $10

Bacon, avocado, tomato, sprouts, mayo, on toasted multi-grain bread

PEPPERED BEEF BURGER – $12

Lightly peppered beef patty, bacon, crispy onion, tomato jam, sprouts

BRAISED PORK BELLY AND CABBAGE SLAW – $12

Braised pork belly, cinnamon dressing, roasted beets, pickled cabbage, balsamic drizzle

BAKED TROUT – $13

Baked Rainbow trout, on a bed of quinoa risotto, sauce verde, garnished with crispy dulse and pickled vegetables

MERGUEZ LAMB SAUSAGE – $13

Merguez lamb sausage, with sauteed cabbage, apple, potato, and red wine syrup

PUMPKIN RAVIOLI – $13

Pumpkin filled ravioli, brown butter truffle sauce, pumpkin seeds, Romano cheese

New Year, New Paint! Opening for Lunch Soon Too…

Hello and welcome to the new year at 4th and Vine!

Come down to 4th and Vine for some wine and eats, and check out our nice new fresh paint!  We’ve got some fresh new colors to show off in the daytime hours, as well as for our usual supper crowd.  4th and Vine is getting a makeover, as we’ll be opening for lunch by February, in addition to being open our usual supper hours.

We’ll be continuing to add some new cosmetic improvements to the restaurant in the next few months to refresh 4th and Vine. So you may continue to notice some new improvements that weren’t there the last time you visited.  We will keep you posted on our new lunch hours right here, but we’ll continue to be open our usual evening dining hours.

Closed Until January 10, 2012 For Freshening Up!

We thought we would give 4th and Vine a freshen up for 2012, so we are currently painting the restaurant.

We will re-open January 10, and will be happy to show you our freshened up look.

Keep your eyes peeled as we will be opening for lunch in the New Year.  We will also be offering some special promotions and take-out for our Oliver neighbours.  See you soon!
