Hey folks….I’m sorry to inform you that we will not be showing a movie this coming weekend. The Staff of 4th & Vine are taking the night off, for a much deserved “Christmas Party”. We would like to thank you for all of your support and friendship over the last year, and look forward to a fantastic 2010!

Sunday Movie Night – Jan 3rd (CLOSED)
NEW YEARS EVE!

We’re almost at the end of another year here at 4th & Vine. There’s been a few changes, but as always – It’s been wonderful spending time with friends, old and new. Speaking of new friends, we’ve been lucky enough to have Brett Miles (who has been entertaining us with Thursday night jazz for a couple of months now) doing what he does best, for your enjoyment during dinner. Come join us on New Years Eve to commemorate a great year, and celebrate what is to come.
Our hours will be from 4pm to 11pm, with open time reservations to fit in with your New Years plans. From 4-7pm we will be offering our tapas menu. From 7pm, our Chef’s have designed a lovely table d’hote menu.

- Cinnamon & Curry Butternut Squash Soup
- Potato Bacon Chowder

- Candied Walnut, Pear, Red Onion & Goat Cheese Salad. Cinnamon/Spice Vinaigrette.
- Beef Tenderloin, Grape Tomatoes & Roasted Red Pepper Salad. Champagne Vinaigrette & Gorgonzola Cream.

- Twelve Layer Vegetable Lasagna with a Duo of Sauces.
- Duck Breast with Sesame Oil Sauteed Bok Choy, Spanish Risotto Cake & Spiced Mango Reduction.

The menu will be $75 per person plus GST and Gratuity, and will include a glass of bubbly to celebrate the season.
In addition to this beautiful menu, we will be offering an amazing 4 course (2 ounce pours) wine flight, or if you wish, regular menu selections will be available all evening.

Movie Night “Monsters vs Aliens” – October 4th
Come down this Sunday, October 4th for the (Dreamworks) film “Monsters vs Aliens”. The movie starts at 7:30 pm and as always there will be popcorn!

This Sunday (June 28th) we will be showing “The Shawshank Redemption” starring Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman. The movie starts at 7:30pm and reservations are recommended.
Plot: Two imprisoned men bond over a number of years, finding solace and eventual redemption through acts of common decency.
Movie Night – ‘My Winnipeg’ – November 2nd, 2008
This Sunday (November 2nd), we are showing the Canadian documentary, ‘My Winnipeg.’ Give us a call to book a table, as reservations are definitely recommended. The film will start at 7:30pm.
Plot: A personal portrait of filmmaker Guy Maddin’s hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba. 80 min

Movie Night – ‘A Prairie Home Companion’
This Sunday, we will be showing ‘A Prairie Home Companion;, a Robert Altman film starring Tommy Lee Jones, Kevin Kline, and Meryl Streep.
Plot:
A look at what goes on backstage during the last broadcast of America’s most celebrated radio show, where singing cowboys Dusty and Lefty, a country music siren (Streep), and a host of others hold court.
The movie is 105 minutes long, and is rated PG-13 for risque humor. In addition to our full restaurant and bar menu, we will be featuring our famous gourmet popcorn, and special ‘Happy Hour’ pricing all night.
