‘Touring the Glens’ Scotch Tasting – Wednesday, June 18th, 2008

whiskeyOur June Scotch Tasting is just around the corner. This makes a terrific Father’s Day gift for the Whiskey lover on your list. On Wednesday (June 18th, 2008), we are having a special Scotch Tasting, featuring some of the whiskeys of Glenfarclas, Glenmorangie, and Glengoyne. Curtis Bawden of Pacific Wine & Spirits & Jennifer Katona of Charton Hobbs will be hosting the tasting, which starts at 7:30pm. Reservations are required, so please call us at (780) 497-7858.

    On Wednesday, we will be enjoying 1/2 ounce pours of these fantastic scotches:

  • Glenfarclas 10, 21, & Cask Strength
  • Glenrothes 12
  • Glenmorangie 10 Year
  • Glenmorangie Nectar D’or ‘Sauterne’ Finish
  • Glengoyne 17 Year

Wine Tasting – “Bigger Bang for Your Buck” – June 10th, 2008

This Tuesday (June 10th, 2008), we will be enjoying some wines that prove to don’t need to spend alot to get alot. All of the wines selected are phenomenal bottles that retail for between $20-$30. Bill Medak of 123rd St. Fine Wines & Spirits will be hosting the tasting, which starts at 7:30pm. Reservations are required, so please call for seating at (780) 497-7858.
