    Soup
    tomato consomme
    or
    potato/leek

    Appetizer
    fried oysters w/ brandy mushroom cream
    or
    spinach salad w/ fennel, goat cheese, grape tomatoes & cilantro/cumin viniagrette

    Entree – choice of:
    five spice seared duck breast, risotto cake, seasonal veg & mango reduction
    filet mignon, gorganzola mashed potatoes, seasonal veg & pink peppercorn demi glace
    pistachio/basil butter crusted arctic char, curried rice, seasonal veg & buerre blanc
    balsamic roasted portabella, wilted spinach, ratatouille, polenta & roasted onion “demi”

    Dessert
    chef’s selection of fresh strawberries, sponge cake, grand marnier fresh cream, dulce-de-leche, warm spiced chocolate & port/berry coulis…

This amazing menu is available for $150 per couple, and includes 2 glasses of bubbly. An optional wine pairing will be available for an additional $25 per person. Seating is by reservation (please call 497-7858) only, book early to ensure a spot. <3
