Next Thursday (May 28th) we are hosting a Canadian wine tasting featuring wines from Henry of Pelham (Niagara Peninsula) and Mt. Boucherie (Okanagan.) The tasting will be comprised of 7 wines and 4 specially created food pairings.
The tasting starts at 7:30pm and reservations are definitely recommended.

1st course: Mussels with Scallop Mousse in a Calvados Cream
2nd course: Maple Walnut Crusted Salmon over Mixed Greens with Black Cherry Balsamic Vinaigrette
3rd course: Bison Rib-eye, Sweet Potato Gratin, Sauteed Mushrooms and Sweet Peppers with Grainy Dijon and Horseradish Cream
4th course: Fruit Cobbler de Leche
