We’re almost at the end of another terrific year here at 4th & Vine. It’s been wonderful spending time with great friends, old and new. We’ve tried some great wines, had amazing food, and enjoyed some wonderful company. Come join us on New Years Eve to commemorate a great year, and celebrate what is to come.
We will not be doing two set seatings this year. Instead, our hours will be from 4pm to 11pm, with open time reservations to fit in with your New Years plans.In addition to our regular offerings, our kitchen has designed a lovely table d’hote menu to enhance your dining experience.
The special four course feature menu will be as follows:
First Course: Exotic Greens with gorgonzola stuffed dates, macadamia nuts and vanilla pear vinaigrette
Second Course: Cream of Fennel Soup
Main Course:
Choice of:
- Oven Roasted Guinea Fowl, stuffed with Figs, Spinach and Ricotta Cheese, with a Port Reduction
- Pan Seared Deer Tenderloin with Blueberry Demi Glace
- Lentil Crusted Red Snapper with Saffron Lemon Cream Sauce
All entrees are served with seasonal vegetables & Roasted Roma Tomato Herbed PolentaDessert Course: White Chocolate Grand Marnier Cheesecake
The menu will be $60 per person plus GST and Gratuity.
In addition to this beautiful menu, we will be offering an amazing (optional) four course (2 ounce pours for each) Wine Flight. If you would prefer wine by the bottle, we will have a special reserve list of some of our favorite wines that we discovered during the year. As always, the full bar menu will be available, as well.
